Good: Gently used and may show some light signs of wear or minor flaws may have cracking on logo or need a lint roll 
Fair: The item has significant / visible flaws or heavy signs of wear, pilling on legs, discoloration, staining, missing drawstring, holes, waistband breakage, etc

Excellent & Good items: $18 per item
Fair: $8 per item
