As with all pre-loved inventory, some items may show wash wear, fading, logo cracking, pilling, or other signs of previous use. Some items may be more worn than others. These cosmetic imperfections are expected in secondhand apparel.

Where applicable, the item condition will be disclosed in the product description (such as New With Tags, Gently Used, or similar condition classifications).

We understand that every reseller has their own preferences and standards when sourcing pre-owned inventory. For that reason, normal signs of wear that fall within the condition expectations outlined above are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or replacements. Our quality guarantee covers the standards expressly stated above: no holes, no stains, and no broken or missing clothing components.
